This is Evie, who’s eight and from Stockport. She has a very rare condition MEF2C Haploinsufficiency syndrome, but doctors also believe Evie has an undiagnosed neurometabolic condition too which sadly means she is non-verbal, has restricted vision and is in a wheelchair.
