Police have placed a dispersal order at a beauty spot that residents say is being ruined by anti-social behaviour, littering and traffic.
Cheshire Police have placed the dispersal order in Pickmere from 4pm today (Friday August 5) until 3.59pm on Sunday (August 7).
Motorists have also been urged to ‘be courteous’ following reports of parking issues near Pickmere Lake, a 40-minute drive from Manchester, after reports of cars parked on yellow lines, junctions and blocking driveways. The dispersal order gives cops extra powers to remove people if they are believed to be ‘causing a nuisance, harassment or distress’.
