Stewart Milne Homes has lodged an environmental impact assessment scoping opinion on plans to build a neighbourhood off Marple Road in Offerton.
FPCR Environment and Design is assisting the housebuilder in the application for the nearly 60-acre brownfield site. Currently, the land is a sand and gravel supply site.
